About Business line/Function:

The IT Continuity Squad assures the continuity of IT services for the lines of business and our customers. We support the Tribes to make sure that their applications and systems are business resilient and prepared to recover in the case of disaster or degraded service situation, and to assure the lines of business of the ability to come back to normal operation in a quick, secure and reliable manner, should a disaster or degradation happen. To ensure continuity maturity and compliance, our activities include but are not limited to planning, organizing and documenting recurring DR exercises; we analyze evidence to update our dashboards for management reporting purposes (Belgium and Group) and to our regulators (National Bank of Belgium and European Central Bank)

Position Purpose:

As IT Resiliency Engineer, you will join the enthusiastic and multidisciplinary IT Continuity team.

Together, you are responsible to ensure our Bank ability to react to a critical failure of an application or a datacenter. Within BNPPF, you collaborate to the embedding of rules defined by Regulators such as the European Central Bank, Belgium National Bank & our Group Policies.

You are responsible of a set of activities ensuring our reactivity during a critical application failure.

In collaboration with the Application owner, you manage and follow-up the delivery and validation of Application Impact Analysis (AIA), Continuity Run Book (CRB), Disaster Recovery (DR) Unitary Exercise documents and the potential gaps in those deliverables.

You are the main contact for several tribes for all resiliency topics.

You make recurrent follow-up with our squad Continuity contacts on:

Changes within their infra and application landscape impacting one of the deliverables.

Progress on AIA, CRB, DR Unitary Exercises
