Who Are We Looking For?
Candidate with
Any Graduate / Min Bachelor’s degree
Functional & Behavioral Skills:
- Risk & Compliance Awareness: understand basic banking regulations (AML, sanctions and embargoes, trade‑finance rules) and proactively ensure compliance by identifying and addressing potential risks
- Financial‑Product & Market Fundamentals: familiarity with the main bank products (loans, deposits, guarantees, letters of credit, overdraft) and a high‑level grasp of equities, bonds, FX, prime, rates, treasury and other market instruments)
- Accounting & Reconciliation Basics: ability to read simple balance‑sheet / P&L data and to match (reconcile) two sets of numbers, identifying and explaining any differences
- Operations & Payments Knowledge: know the basic steps for domestic and cross‑border payments (SWIFT/ISO 20022, RTGS, ACH) and the documentation that supports trade‑finance transactions
- Analytical & Communication Skills: p roficiency with Excel for data analysis, clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with global teams
- Attention to Detail: a pplies strong attention to detail by validating data and identifying discrepancies early to ensure operational accuracy and compliance
- Adaptability & Learning Agility : Demonstrates the ability to acquire on‑the‑job knowledge quickly and develop a solid understanding of core concepts, practices, and procedures

Position: Operations Analyst (ISPL)
Job Type: 4 Months Internship 5 Days a week in office Work in shifts (APAC, EMEA & US)
Locations: Mumbai / Chennai / Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply Domain Knowledge & Ensure Quality: apply domain knowledge to execute work accurately and efficiently while adhering to quality and compliance standards.
- Follow SOPs & guidelines: follow established guidelines and standard operating procedures to determine the appropriate course of action for routine tasks (data, ledger, trade reconciliation)
- Global Synergy & Interface : partner in continuous improvement initiatives with leads and work closely with global teams
- Training & Skill Development: participate in structured training and curated internship journey; progressively assume more complex assignments as competence grows
