Junior Client Account Manager TA

As Corporate and Institutional Banking(CIB), we offer financial solutions for corporate and institutional clients in a number of locations globally. Our Securities Services business line is a multi-asset servicing specialist. Requirements:
- At least 3 year of professional experience (preferred in client facing roles or investment funds)
- Very good interpersonal skills,
- Ability to work in teams,
- Good editorial capacity,
- Knowledge of Office Tools,
- Proficient level of English,
- Knowledge of French/Spanish/German/Italian (min B2)
Responsibilities:
- Attach procedures and rules in place in the service,
- Affirm knowledge of the systems used and of customers,
- Ensure receipt of calls on the Softphone application and follow-up of all client requests (telephone, fax, email, mail),
- Insure dealing with customer dissatisfaction,
- Manage upward information to the Client Account Manager and the Team Manager for all customer complaints,
- Get telephone orders for funds authorizing this service,
- Ensuring the correct application of the tasks and controls listed in the checklists (daily, weekly, monthly),
- Dealing autonomously with all applications which do not require the involvement of operational teams within the deadlines.
