Objective / Mission
Acts as the single point of entry (S.P.O.E.) for its assigned Clients & Contracts portfolio managing operational (day-to-day) activities and providing expert advice and fast, accurate service, aiming to maintain and improve customer satisfaction while maximizing our profitable growth.
Main Responsibilities & Activities
- Manage the daily client relationships with Fleet Managers and ensure Framework Agreement (FA), Client Company Mobility Policy (CMP) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) implementation
- Execute Account Strategy (defined by Business Managers and with the active contribution of the Account Manager)
- Grow our market share in the existing client base and constantly improve client satisfaction
- Comply properly with all the activities assigned and related to financial security Group Policies KYC, procedures and controls.
- Follow and respect all the protection interest of client’s principle established by the PIC Group Policy.
- Produce, send and follow up quotations, prepare, chase and secure vehicle orders (NFN/NFR/RFO/NFO)
- Apply pricing policy in quotes, respect derogation rules, alert Business Managers & Sales Team Manager if needed
- Handle client inbound calls, requests and complaints with the support of Account Team members (as per Account Team Golden Rules)
- Analyze opportunities and seize them to maximize client penetration and revenue (incl. contract adjustments, EOC process, upselling, new products)
- Process visit reports and ensure follow up of tasks and actions decided and agreed on client visits
- Manage the preparation of (non-online) client reporting
- Systems update:
- Record, update and maintain client information data, tasks, activities and opportunities using CRM tools as defined
- Senior Account Managers have the added responsibility to coach their junior peers on the job without giving up their own client portfolios
Key competences
Qualifications (education):
- High School Graduation, meritous with Bachelor’s Degree
- MS Office
- Arval core systems (Drive, Hippos, Daytona)
- SalesForce
Professional Experience:
- Operational leasing product knowledge
- Sales experience
- At least 1-3 years of successful experience as Acquisition Executive, Account Manager, or equivalent
Languages:
- Fluency in local language
- Operational in English
