Junior Dealing Specialist
Requirements:
- University degree
- Fluent English
- First experience in Fund industry or financial background is nice to have
- Strong attention to details and high accuracy
- MS Office knowledge
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Risk awareness and ability to propose/implement process improvements
- Proactivity and ability to take initiative
Responsibilities:
- Daily orders for global markets: subscription, redemption, switches, transfers
- Organize dealing documentation and customer files
- Process all manual transactions received
- Handling all request of internal and external customers
- Preparing daily cash flow forecast for fund manager
- Ensuring that relevant deadlines and other performances standards are met
- Responding to queries from internal sources in relation to the activity
- Investigating and fixing any issues regarding daily business to avoid delays
- Present constructive, supportive and learning culture attitude in relation to errors and incidents.
- Active participation in onboarding of new clients and implementation of new products
- Creating and updating process documents
