Title: Human Resources Reporting Trainee
Location: Lisbon, Lisbon, Portugal
Your Main Activities Are
Provide transversal support to the entire team in all subjects
Support the team, managing Human Resources (HR) data in BNP Paribas’ HR tools
Provide support to the HR users
Manage the HR data quality and create new controls for HR data
Produce dashboards and ad-hoc reporting according to HR needs
Profile and Skills to Success
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management or other related fields
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly with Excel
Analytical ability and critical thinking
Attention to detail and sense of confidentiality
Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities
Strong team spirit, with the ability to work with different stakeholders
