Position Purpose / 職務の目的
The Accounting and Tax Manager of P3 is needed for
"Practical director （現場監督者）for following company accounting and tax matter “
- General ledger management
- JGAAP closing
- Taxes
- IFRS closing
Responsibilities / 職務の責任
Responsible of following role with small support from M1
Direct Responsibilities
- General ledger management
- To maintain proper bookkeeping with respect of GAAPs and group control
- To guarantee quality of general ledger with managing proper financial controls.
- To adapt new accounting schemes
- Standard journal validation
- Journal posting
- JGAAP closing
- To manage accounting closing milestones and schedule
- To prepare financial statement with timely and accuracy manner
- To prepare internal/external reporting
- Contact person of Accounting audit
- Taxes
- To manage tax return filing schedule
- To prepare tax return filing with tax advisor
- To prepare to pay tax in timely manner
- To contribute tax inspection
- IFRS closing
- To contribute IFRS closing via general ledger management
- To contribute IFRS accounting review from Accounting auditor

Business Knowledge / 求められるビジネス知識
Fundamental insurance business knowledge in Japan
Insurance Accounting under Japan and International standards (JGAAP & IFRS)
Transversal expertise across various insurance business lines is a plus
Technical Experience / Competencies / 求められる技術的経験・コンピテンシー
Insurance accounting and tax
Active communication/negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office
