Title: Associate – Electronic Trading Client Coverage
Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
Description: The electronic trading client coverage role in Australia is a key part of the global execution offering. As well as covering low touch execution for clients across APAC markets, the role also has responsibility to originate execution business from local institutional clients.
Principal Role Accountabilities
- * Support the senior execution coverage person in the Australian / New Zealand execution services (EE & PT) business covering regional client execution as well as looking to expand and export business to APAC + rest of world from the domestic AU/NZ client base.
- * Collaborate with regional and global counterparts in APAC, US and EMEA with a focus on client coordination and net PnL outcomes.
- * Daily coverage for Institutional, Hedge Fund, Quant & Systematic clients across APAC markets with a focus on AU and NZ.
- * Contribute to product development through client feedback on the electronic platform including algo performance and development requests. Building trust with clients and internal stakeholders for shaping the EE product pipeline.
- * Understand and operate within the regulatory rules as dictated by the entity and markets you operate in.
- * Participating in industry events such as participation in FIX Trading community or AIMA.
- * Look to develop your technical skills through industry related courses such as DTR exam, CTA, CFA/CAIA etc

- * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
