CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES

The Luxembourg branch is a key hub, delivering high‑value‑added solutions such as securities custody, securities‑lending, fund administration, performance measurement, ratings, and bond‑issuance services.
WHAT’S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION?
As an intern in the Passive Currency Overlay (PCO) team, you will play an active role of the daily production, validation and monitoring of FX hedging operations.
Your core duties will include:
- Deliver PCO services : Execute daily overlay processes with zero‑error accuracy, on‑time delivery and strict adherence to client guidelines.
- Calculate FX exposure & validate FX orders : Apply each client’s hedging strategy, compute the required forward/NDF amounts and verify the numbers before they are sent to the trading desk.
- Drive continuous improvement : Identify bottlenecks, suggest automation (Excel/VBA) and contribute to process‑optimisation initiatives.
- Participate in transversal projects : Join projects such as new service roll‑outs, client‑on‑boarding, specific analytical reports with your manager and matches your skill set.

Professional experience and/or degree
Bac +4/5 student from an Engineering school, University or Business school (preferably with a Market Finance specialization).
Behavioural skills

Strong appetite for continuous improvement and innovation.
Language skills
Fluent in French & English (written & spoken).
