Securities Operations Specialist with German

Requirements

• - Previous experience in banking operations, securities and fund services will be considered as a strong asset
• - Fluency in German (min. C1 level), English min. B1
• - Preferably a completed degree in business, finance, or a related field
• - Genuine interest in securities settlement processes
• - Strong attention to detail.
• - Comfortable working with well‑defined, structured processes
• - Ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• - Reconcile open positions and custody locations during the securities‑settlement workflow.
• - Adjust the complexity of assigned tasks within the permitted range to match skill level and workload.
• - Leverage the inherent development space of the position to expand expertise and take on more challenging assignments.
• - Execute specific process steps on their own after completing the onboarding/training phase.
• - Assume full responsibility for meeting self‑defined goals that directly influence the operational department.
• - Analyze issues, develop solutions independently, and present those solutions to the supervisor or team for final decision‑making.
