Main Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting
Gather, validate and consolidate operational‑loss data from multiple business lines.
Build and maintain Management‑Information (MI) dashboards that illustrate the bank’s operational‑risk profile.
Assist in the preparation of periodic risk‑reporting packs (monthly, quarterly, ad‑hoc).
Produce clear, concise slide decks and visualizations for senior stakeholders.
Help conduct independent testing of existing operational‑risk controls and procedures to verify their effectiveness.
Perform basic statistical analyses (loss frequency, severity, trend analysis).
Assist in exploring AI tools and concepts (knowledge of AI/LLM a plus).
Position Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field).
Expected graduation ≥ 2027
Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with large data sets.
Advanced MS Excel; experience with Power BI (or similar tools).
Basic knowledge of Python for data extraction/manipulation (desired).
Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of translating complex data into clear narratives.
Experience creating executive‑level presentations (PowerPoint).
Fluent English (mandatory). Proficiency in Spanish (plus).
Understanding of AI/LLM concepts; exposure to AI tools is a plus.
Experience with data platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is beneficial.
