About the job
The team operates at the intersection of business and tech: engaging directly with referential stakeholders to understand their activity, identify pain points, challenges, and identify opportunities for mutualization and knowledge capitalization
The platform is run by an agile squad composed of technical leads, data engineers, data scientists, business analysts, Scrum Master and a Product Owner, all working within a structured delivery framework
The technical stack is composed of Ab Initio for data virtualization, processing, governance and orchestration, Dataiku for Data Science, and Tableau/Power BI for reporting and data visualization
Your Main Activities Are
- Design, build, and optimize data pipelines for data ingestion and transformation
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and governance across data assets
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to support business insights
- Deliver automated, scalable, production-ready solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Document data pipelines, processes, and solutions
- Conduct code reviews
Profile and Skills to Success
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT and/or Data Analytics
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
- Solid understanding of data modelling concepts
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

About the Team
As part of the Transversal Assets and Information Technology Transversal & Functions (ITT&F) organization, the Referential domain manages reference (master) data shared across the Group, ensuring consistency, standardization, and a unified view of data attributes and nomenclatures
The team delivers Master Data solutions across Finance, Risk, and Human Resources, covering counterparty data, financial and organizational structures, as well as nomenclatures and data dictionaries
Data Quality is a key foundation of the team’s work, ensuring reliable and trusted data across systems through data monitoring, preparation, and the creation and virtualization of data outputs
