Private Capital Tax Junior Specialist with French

As Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), we offer financial solutions for corporate and institutional clients in a number of locations globally.
Our Securities Services business line is a multi-asset servicing specialist. We are an exciting, dynamic, and growing operations centre; therefore, we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a vital part of the expansion of BNP Paribas’ operational scope in Poland.

Requirements
- 1 year of experience in tax law, private‑capital finance, or a related field (e.g., banking, insurance, law firm).
- Fluency in French and English (B2 is a minimum)
- Degree in Law, Taxation, Finance, or an equivalent discipline; tax‑related certifications are a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Rigorous, detail‑oriented, and client‑focused mindset.
- Great written and oral communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, autonomous, and eager to develop a career in private‑capital.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and deliver French tax reports to investors and tax authorities in a timely manner, working closely with internal private‑capital teams and external advisors.
- Assist internal stakeholders and external clients with tax‑related questions, escalating complex matters to senior tax experts as needed.
- Participate in internal knowledge‑sharing sessions (e.g., preparing slide decks, supporting training workshops) on tax matters.
- Analyse French and EU tax legislative developments that affect private‑capital investors and funds, and draft concise impact notes to guide internal procedures.
