About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, curious, and service-minded Trainee to join Arval’s Driver Experience Team. This is a great opportunity to start your career in an international leasing company while gaining valuable experience in customer service and operations.
As part of a team of four, you will support our drivers by providing excellent service via phone and email. Your daily tasks will include handling daily inquiries such as service and maintenance requests, damage reports, and other administrative support. You’ll receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing guidance to help you succeed in the role.
