Finance & Control Officer (50% - part time)

The Job
- Be the Financial Storyteller – Partner with our Sr. Financial Controller to turn data into actionable reports, spotting trends and forecasting the future. Your work will directly shape decisions at the highest level.
- Build Smarter Systems – Help design and refine financial tools/models that keep us ahead of regulations and aligned with global standards. Think efficiency meets innovation.
- Bridge the Gap – Collaborate with international finance teams and auditors, ensuring we’re always compliant, agile, and ready for what’s next.
- Own the Big Picture – Work hand-in-hand with leadership to craft budgets and financial plans that fuel our growth. Your analytics will light the way.
You’re a Great Fit If You..
- Hold a degree in Economics, Finance, or related field (your foundation for success).
- Bring some finance/business experience (banking is a plus, but passion and potential matter more).
- Speak Dutch, French, and English fluently—because great ideas should never get lost in translation.
- Have sharp analytical skills, a knack for problem-solving, and an eye for detail (Excel and PPT are your playground).
- Value honesty, integrity, and reliability—because culture starts with trust.
- Bonus points for Cognos IBM or PowerBI skills (but we’ll help you grow if you’re eager to learn!).
