Investment Compliance Junior Specialist

Requirements
Basic financial knowledge and willingness to broaden it; Dedication and engagement; Accuracy and detail orientation; Analytical and problem solving skills; Ability to work under pressure of time (capable to work with strict deadlines); Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; Fluency in English (B2/C1)
Responsibilities
Administer overall aspects of depositary matters e.g. the preparation of asset confirmation, reconciliation, ongoing monitoring and oversight of the Fund and Fund Manager - ensuring controls and procedures adequate and are being adhered to, ensuring the fund is being managed in accordance with the fund documentation; Perform day‑to‑day operations linked to the requirements as stipulated in AIFMD and UCITS V Directives; Perform relevant controls using dedicated IT tools or others specified sources and checklists; Analyse and document specified inconsistencies. Identify and qualify any breaches including their origin based on the relevant internal procedures; Guarantee the escalation of issues to direct manager.
