Special Assets Manager – Lead restructuring and credit monitoring for complex assets in Istanbul.
Drive multi‑bank negotiations, financial modelling and governance for TEB / BNPP Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor customers within the Administrative Follow Up / Watchlist / Close Monitoring scope, ensuring timely action plans and escalation where required.
- Prepare and deliver TEB / BNPP Group required Credit Committee materials, exsuring timely submission and ensuring high-quality Executive presentation.
- Assist financial restructuring processes (FYY / FRA), including term structuring (tenor/pricing/grace), covenant design, collateral framework and documentation inputs.
- Coordinate and represent the Bank in multi-bank / consortium structures, including interbank negotiations, standstill/waiver processes and creditor alignment.
- Work closely with Branch teams and Risk Management to ensure consistent credit strategy, field execution and proper risk classification.
- Prepare executive-level materials for Senior Management, including single-name updates, portfolio insights and restructuring performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory frameworks while driving high governance standards.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in banking sector and/or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in FYY / FRA restructuring projects.
- Strong understanding of multi-bank lending structures and creditor coordination.
- Solid financial analysis and modelling skills (Excel mandatory).
- Proven ability to work with both commercial teams (branches) and risk/control functions.
- Fluent written and spoken English, suitable for senior-level reporting and negotiations.
