Position Purpose
IRP business is established across various geographies with a main location in Paris. IT teams should reinforce the growth of the business. Besides implementing a market-leading vendor solution as the core calculation engine, the IRP‑RISE program also involves recasting of the IRP information system exploiting innovation tracks offered by the IRP Data Platform (IDP) as the new Data Warehouse.
Role Overview
The Delivery Manager operates within a matrix structure, overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of solutions across all platforms. They are accountable for coordinating development teams, steering delivery schedules, and ensuring that agreed‑upon service levels and quality standards are met. In this role, the Delivery Manager blends technical understanding with strong project‑management discipline to guarantee that solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required standards, while fostering collaboration across the organization’s matrixed teams.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Planning –Planning activities include:
- Produce the Detailed Project Plan
- Develop the project budget
- Develop the resource plan
- Risk analysis
- Adhere to the policies and procedures to support the achievement of project objectives.
- Organising – setting up the project team structure, activities to include:
- Determining the organisational structure of the project team
- Identify roles and positions
- Identify services to be provided by external companies
- Staff project positions
- Leading – carrying out the project plan in order to achieve the project objectives, activities include:
- Setting team direction
- Co‑ordinating activities across different organisational functions
- Motivating team members
- Assigning work
- Controlling – keeping the project on track by:
- Measuring: checking project progress toward meeting its objectives
- Evaluating: determining the cause of deviations from the plan
- Correcting: Taking corrective actions to address deviations by managing risks and issues
- Achieving the above by defining project baselines, tracking project progress and project status reporting, determining and taking corrective actions.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
15+ years project management/Scrum Master experience Experience in an Information Technology & Change capacity in the Financial Services Industry

- Deep understanding of Scrum Guide & Agile Manifesto
- Ability to run all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective)
- Definition & tracking of Agile metrics (Velocity, Lead‑time, Cycle‑time, Burndown/Burn‑up, Cumulative Flow)
- Dashboard creation and KPI communication

First class Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science preferred) from a reputed university with a good background of software Management and IT experience of 10-15 years
