Requirements
- Fluency in English and French
- Previous accounting experience and knowledge
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn
- Accuracy and client focus approach
- Risk awareness
- Well organized and resilient under pressure
- Team player
- Proactivity and ability to take initiative
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong communication skills – oral & written
Responsibilities
- Analyze and bookkeep cash movements, inter-company transactions, invoices, and investment related transactions, in accordance with procedures and ensure deadlines are respected to deliver final NAV to the clients
- Co-ordinate fund accounting processes within the team and strengthen operational controls
- Leading process transformations to optimize workflow and implement improvements/ efficiencies
- Review work performed by other team members
- Reconcile transactions against supporting schedules and documentation, ensuring relevant support is obtained and filed
- Act as SME, investigate issues, provide guidance to team members
- Train and develop less experienced team members
