WHO WE ARE
We are the Trade Finance Service Centre, a large and critical area within Operations. With more than 100 professionals, we cover Traditional Trade products, including bank guarantees and documentary products. We service main European markets such as Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, and the UK.
MISSION
As an Implementation Manager, you will drive the digitalization of our Trade Finance customers. You will ensure the successful deployment of eBanking solutions and provide essential level 1 support for our front-end assets within the CIB EMEA scope.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver end-to-end eBanking projects by defining scope and maintaining progress dashboards.
- Promote eBanking solutions through live demonstrations and onboarding guidance for clients.
- Master all eBanking functionalities and stakeholder roles to ensure seamless configuration.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of the banking profession or Trade Finance is highly valued.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in French is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform "cold calls" effectively.
