Implementation Manager & Client Support – hybrid Madrid, mid-level, 3-5 years experience.
Drive eBanking Trade Finance solutions, conduct demos, and support clients in Madrid.
WHO WE ARE
We are the Trade Finance Service Centre, a large and critical area within Operations. With more than 100 professionals, we cover Traditional Trade products, including bank guarantees and documentary products. We service main European markets such as Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, and the UK.
MISSION
As an Implementation Manager, you will drive the digitalization of our Trade Finance customers. You will assist clients in the implementation of eBanking Trade Finance solutions and provide essential level 1 support for these front-end assets within the CIB EMEA scope.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- End-to-end eBanking project delivery: Define scope with clients and Relationship Managers, execute implementation, and maintain progress dashboards with weekly reporting.
- Promotion of eBanking solutions: Conduct live demos and showcase functionalities to facilitate successful client onboarding.
- Technical expertise & onboarding mastery: Master all eBanking functionalities and stakeholder roles to configure and launch solutions seamlessly.
- Contract administration & system registration: Manage customer contracts, ensure accurate registration, create user accounts, and activate bank-to-bank interfaces.
- Operational support: Provide prompt resolution to client queries, elevate incidents to appropriate stakeholders, and manage internal user-profile requests.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience (CF2 or CF3 profile).
- Languages (Mandatory): Full fluency in English, Spanish, and Arabic.
- Languages (Plus): Proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of the banking profession or Trade Finance is an undeniable plus.
- Soft Skills: Rigorous, organized, and able to manage multiple parallel projects.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional discussions and perform "Cold Calls" effectively.
