KYC Analyst
Arval Competence Center Warsaw is the latest initiative of the BNP Paribas group, which aims to develop competences and business services.
Currently, ACCW employs over 150 people who every day, in various languages, help Arval Group entities to efficiently serve Clients and Partners.
In ACCW, solutions are being created that aim to streamline the customer and supplier verification processes.
The center specializes, among others, in credit analyses and KYC analyses, and also performs tasks in the field of HR data administration and internal control.
Within ACCW, there is also the Arval Technical Center, whose employees, being part of the international IT team, play a strategic role in the development and maintenance of digital platforms.
In connection with the development of Arval Competence Center Warsaw we are looking for candidates for the position: KYC Analyst
Your responsibilities
- Obtaining information regarding customer credibility from internal and external sources
- Analysis of documents and information to present recommendations and conclusions regarding the client and his activities
- Conducting ESG and CSR audits
- Registration, maintenance and updating of clients' KYC and ESG data in IT systems
- Monitoring and carrying out the recertification process in cooperation with other departments
- Controlling and validating KYC analysis
- Support for the alert management process
- Preparing reports for management staff and stakeholders as part of due diligence and financial security processes
Our requirements
- University degree in economics, finance, law or related fields
- At least one year of experience working in the area of customer due diligence (KYC/AML/ESG)
- Very good knowledge of English
- Very good use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
