Lead role managing complex Financial Lines & Cyber claims in Hong Kong – drive customer‑centric service & stakeholder engagement.

Job Summary
Responsible for the large and complex Financial Lines and Cyber claims portfolio
Deliver an effective, efficient customer centric claims service in a manner which supports the Purpose, Values and Strategy of Zurich
Job Accountabilities
- Proactively and promptly handle Financial Lines and Cyber claims
- Handle claims within the Zurich Multi-National program
- Collaborate with external legal panel and supply partners
- Collaborate with the Regional and Group Claims teams
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure proper and timely reserving
- Engage, build and manage internal and external stakeholder and broker relationships and organize regular meetings
- Prepare management or broker reports, presentations and data analytics
- Follow customer specific claims handling protocol and/or customer proposition service charters to ensure that we understand & fulfil the needs and expectations of our customers
- Adhere to company policies, local regulatory and governance requirements throughout the life of the claim to ensure that we make decisions using the right standards
- Assist the Team Head with managerial tasks, reporting and projects
- Engage with internal functions such as Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- Recognized industry standard (e.g. Snr Asso. of ANZIIF)
- 5 years or above experience in the Financial Lines field
- Strong legal knowledge with relevant qualifications
- Extensive experience with all major aspects of the claims adjustment process
- Large and complex claims management skills and handling coverage issues
- Understand local legislation and legal liability
- Understand industry standards and protocol
- Experience of managing broker relationships
- Proficient in written & spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
