The Partnership Offline Business Head is responsible for developing, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships across offline channels (e.g., retail, distribution networks, corporate partners, institutions). This role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening brand visibility through offline collaborations and business development initiatives.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
1. Partnership Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute the overall offline partnership strategy aligned with business goals
Identify and prioritize high-impact partnerships across industries (retail, corporate, government, education, communities, etc.)
Drive long-term collaboration frameworks that support sustainable growth
Lead the offline partnership team, ensuring alignment with company objectives
2. Business Development & Growth
Identify and onboard new partners to expand offline distribution and customer acquisition
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements
Create revenue-generating opportunities through joint campaigns, co-branding, and cross-selling
Monitor and optimize partnership performance based on KPIs (sales, traffic, ROI)
3. Offline Channel Expansion
Expand presence in offline touchpoints such as:
- Retail stores and outlets
- Events, exhibitions, and roadshows
- B2B and corporate channels
- Community and institutional partnerships
Ensure consistent brand positioning across all offline channels
4. Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry players
Act as the main point of contact for strategic offline partnerships
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams
