Job Qualifications
Required:
- - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field .
- - 5+ years of experience in transformation, project management, consulting, or operational improvement roles.
- - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- - Proven experience leading complex, multi‑department change initiatives.
Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
Lead end‑to‑end execution of large‑scale transformation programs.Manage timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.Facilitate change readiness activities for impacted teams.
Lead digitization projects that enhance automation, data visibility, and operational efficiency.
Define transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities and long‑term strategy.
Identify gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities across business units.
Conduct impact assessments and develop business cases for transformation initiative
