Guidewire Lead

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Lead to provide technical leadership and oversee end‑to‑end implementation of Guidewire InsuranceSuite solutions, including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter. This role requires deep hands‑on expertise in Guidewire configuration and integrations, combined with strong leadership and team‑management capabilities. The Guidewire Lead will drive solution quality, ensure alignment with best practices, and support cross‑functional coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Guidewire InsuranceSuite .

Hands‑on experience with implementations and upgrades of PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter .

Strong background in Java , API development, integration frameworks, and insurance domain processes.

Proven experience leading technical teams and managing cross‑functional project stakeholders.

Strong communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Guidewire Certifications (e.g., Ace ClaimCenter Configuration, Specialist PolicyCenter Configuration, Integration Certifications ).

Experience with cloud integrations (e.g., AWS, third‑party rating engines, external policy/claims systems).

Prior experience in consulting or enterprise‑level multi‑system implementations.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern development practices.

Soft Skills

Strong leadership and team‑coaching capabilities.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

High accountability, ownership, and attention to detail.
