Key Responsibilities
As part of our graduate opportunities programme, you will :
- Support the execution of core functions within the department while gaining a comprehensive understanding of how the role contributes to the overall business and customer value chain
- Contribute to day‑to‑day operations, including analysis, reporting, coordination, and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and quality of deliverables
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business initiatives, projects and process improvements, fostering a broader understanding of organizational dynamics
- Build foundational knowledge of the insurance industry, including but not limited to products, customer segments, regulatory requirements and risk management practices
- Apply critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to identify gaps, recommend improvements and support the enhancement of operational efficiency and customer experience
- Actively engage in continuous learning through on‑the‑job exposure, training and feedback, demonstrating ownership of personal and professional development
- Participate in projects or initiatives beyond immediate scope when opportunities arise, to broaden exposure and develop versatility across functions
- Develop strong communication and stakeholder management skills by working with colleagues across different levels and departments
- Uphold high standards of integrity, compliance and professionalism in alignment with company values and regulatory expectations
- Demonstrate adaptability, curiosity, and a growth mindset by embracing new challenges and continuously seeking ways to add value to the organization
Requirements
We’re looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow :
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1‑2 years of working experience
- Minimum CGPA of 3.5 and above
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Positive attitude, adaptability and willingness to learn
