As a Data Analyst / Data Engineer you will have the opportunity to:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data‑driven solutions.
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business performance.
- Develop clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and support decision‑making.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement improvements based on your analysis.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across various sources and processes.
- Work alongside experts in various technological domains.
- Enhance your skills with real‑world experience
- Contribute to a team that values your input and creativity.
What Makes You a great Fit?
- Professional experience working with data— exposure to data engineering concepts.
- Proficient using SQL for querying and data manipulation, good understanding of query optimization and indexing, whether in RDBMS or big data environments.
- Experience with cloud‑based technology and solution design: e.g., experience with Microsoft Azure Products, Databricks.
- Familiarity with scripting languages, such as Python, Scala or R.
- Hands‑on experience across different stages of the data lifecycle—from data gathering and cleaning to visualization and reporting.
- Interest or experience in applying AI and machine learning techniques, particularly in natural language processing or text analytics.
- Previous experience in insurance is an advantage.
- A can‑do attitude, focused on delivering valuable, user‑friendly solutions tailored to specific business challenges.
- Eagerness to solve real business problems, with the persistence to see your recommendations through to implementation.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus.
