Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
Ensures alignment and consistency to the relevant systems, processes and procedures.
They implement agreed controls, practices, procedures in accordance with Service Level Agreements and ensure regulatory compliance is agreed.
They take personal responsibility for resolving issues using commercial and business awareness, help develop procedures that underpin the handling of work and seek ways to improve them.
They also assist the project teams in the delivery of projects to improve operational performance by conducting pre- and postproduction validation assignments and communicating and documenting results.
They provide post implementation support to mitigate risks and issues until steady state has been achieved.
