Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
Set and achieve high targets to maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
Build and maintain excellent customer relationships through processing a range of basic tasks, while demonstrating a basic understanding of relevant systems, products, processes, and procedures to aid in the delivery of first-class service.
Support other colleagues with basic administrative tasks.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture and learn about the importance of customer focus.
Achieve all competency and behavior-based objectives and seek role progression or opportunities to develop their own knowledge.
Job Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
Preferred:
Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting systems.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.
