About the Role
Contributing to risk analysis for machinery, equipment and rural buildings, seeking to offer the right cover for the needs of clients and the appetite of the insurer.
Statistical studies on portfolio performance
Analysis of claims behavior and portfolio production, presenting proposals for improvements and solutions
Support in the analysis of rural risks, property, machinery and installations
Support in analyzing field inspection reports and interacting with the claims department
Support in testing products, systems and operational activities related to the area
About the Team
Underwriting Rural Insurance Products: area responsible for drawing up and defining the business plan, analyzing and accepting risks. Alignments internally and with marketing channels to identify product opportunities and business models related to agricultural activity. Portfolio growth strategy, always with a focus on operating results.
About You
Studying Actuarial Sciences, Agricultural Engineering or Similar. Graduation expected in 2028 or after.
Analytical profile with good communication skills
Advanced office suite
Initiative and organizational skills
Availability to work in a hybrid work model (3x2)
English is a nice to have;
Good interpersonal skills

Apoio em análise de laudos de inspeção de campo e interação com área de sinistros
Apoio em testes de produtos, sistemas e atividades operacionais relacionadas à área
Sobre a equipe:
Subscrição de Produtos em Seguros Rurais: área responsável pela elaboração e definição do plano de negócios, análise e aceitação de riscos. Alinhamentos internos e com canais de marketing para identificar oportunidades de produtos e modelos de negócios relacionados à atividade agrícola. Estratégia de crescimento do portfólio, sempre com foco no resultado da operação.

Cursando Ciências Atuariais, Engenharia Agrícola ou Similar – Formação prevista para 2028 ou depois.
