Senior RPA Developer – UiPath specialist in Agios Dimitrios, Greece (onsite).
Drive end‑to‑end automations, collaborate globally, and shape digital transformation.
We are expanding our Automation & Process Optimization capabilities and looking for a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer with solid expertise in UiPath. You will join a multinational team and collaborate with business owners and stakeholders across the globe. The role involves collaboration on activities between teams in Greece and India, working on end‑to‑end automations, and contributing to the digital transformation of our operations.
What you do
- Design, build, test, and deploy advanced RPA solutions using UiPath (Studio, REFramework, Libraries).
- Manage, orchestrate, and monitor automations through UiPath Orchestrator (queues, assets, triggers, logs).
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable automation designs.
- Collaborate closely with global business owners and cross‑functional teams.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing RPA workflows.
- Ensure compliance with internal development standards, security policies, and best practices.
AI READINESS
Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
What you Bring
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience as an RPA Developer, primarily with UiPath.
- Strong knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator and automation lifecycle management.
- Experience working with enterprise systems; SAP automation experience is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with finance processes (P2P, O2C, reporting, reconciliations, etc.).
- Proficiency in VB.NET or C# for UiPath activities.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Availability to travel occasionally, depending on project needs.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
- Experience with Machine Learning, AI, or UiPath AI Center.
- Knowledge of API integrations and structured data exchange.
- Understanding of document understanding frameworks.
