We are seeking a highly organised, confident and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Allianz Global Life CEO, with a particular focus on diary management.

The role will involve liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders, coordinating meetings and activities, and supporting ad hoc projects across the business. The successful candidate will be able to anticipate the needs of the CEO, work proactively with minimal supervision, manage competing priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion.

This part‑time role will initially require onsite attendance across the working week, with flexibility depending on business needs. The successful candidate may be required to attend the office outside of their usual schedule to support key meetings or events, while there may also be occasions where office attendance is not required.

Education & Qualifications:

Degree or equivalent, demonstrating a strong educational background Fluent English; Another European language strong advantage

Professional Competence:

5+ years’ experience in a Personal Assistant or senior administrative role supporting a CEO or Managing Director within a multinational organisation

Technical Knowledge:

Experience in office administration or coordination within a multinational environment (ideally within financial services or another highly regulated industry) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), with an interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency Basic IT troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve minor issues across company systems
