Job Description
We are looking for an experienced professional in Digital Marketing within Life Insurance business, with a strong focus on online distribution of protection products (especially Term Life Insurance – TCM).
This is a role requiring hands‑on experience in companies that sell life insurance policies through digital channels. The ideal candidate combines insurance expertise, digital marketing capabilities, and a strong data‑driven mindset, with growing exposure to AI‑driven tools and marketing automation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns for online life insurance products, with a focus on TCM, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives
- Develop and optimize online sales funnels to improve customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rates, leveraging data analytics to identify market trends and opportunities
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies, web agencies and commercial partners to manage social media presence, Pay‑per‑Click platforms and lead generation initiatives
- Provide cross‑functional support to Direct Business operations, ensuring alignment and synergy across departments
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to refine strategies and ensure continuous campaign performance optimization
- Ensure consistency of brand and layout guidelines across all digital touchpoints, managing adaptation requests in line with group standards and local market needs
- Prepare and present performance reports to the Head of Direct Protection Business and the Branch Manager, providing strategic insights and recommendations
- Manage relationships with brokers, affinity groups and business partners to expand business opportunities
- Collaborate with the IT department to implement technical changes to the website and support new digital marketing initiatives
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree would be a plus
- 5 – 10 years of experience in digital marketing or digital distribution roles, preferably within the life insurance or financial services sector
- Proven experience in direct‑to‑consumer models and online sales funnel management
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Generative AI knowledge would be a plus
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Familiarity with life protection products would be a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in international and cross‑functional environments
- Proactive, results‑oriented approach with strong problem‑solving capabilities
Salary and Employment Terms
Pursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. 96 of 7 May 2026, as amended and supplemented from time to time, the range applicable to the position offered is between €45.000 gross and €50.000 gross. Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement. The final determination of the starting remuneration will be based on an evaluation of the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience in relation to the requirements of the role.
