Who will you join?

Within Group Risk, the Credit Risk Team is the global credit risk function, responsible for credit risk modeling & reporting, credit analysis and counterparty limit management. This role focuses on the approval of reinsurance transactions and reinsurance counterparty analysis within the Single-transaction Verification (SVT) framework.
How can you make an impact?
You will:
- Analyse and approve reinsurance transactions, providing timely credit assessments and managing the associated approval workflow across the Group's insurance entities
- Maintain reinsurance counterparty and master data and support the underlying approval systems
- Support the wider credit risk framework, including approvals for other transaction types such as securities lending and derivatives
- Contribute to the internal rating model and regulatory (Solvency II) methodology for reinsurance exposure
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related quantitative field
- Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Sound IT proficiency and confidence working with data and modern analytical tools (programming skills not required)
- Sound analytical skills, self-motivated and a strong team player
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in counterparty credit analysis, ideally with a focus on reinsurance
- Understanding of reinsurance structures and credit / counterparty risk
- Previous experience in insurance or asset management business functions, consulting, digital / tech is a plus
- Experience applying ChatGPT, Generative AI, and Ethical AI solution
