About the role:
Lead Allianz Australia's annual strategy planning process, ensuring alignment with Group strategic priorities and continuously evolving our strategic planning approach.
Partner with Executive and senior leaders to develop, challenge and refine corporate, divisional and business-level strategies.
Drive alignment across portfolios, influencing senior stakeholders and fostering collaboration to achieve strategic objectives.Lead the design and implementation of high-value, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that deliver sustainable business outcomes.
Provide strategic insights, market intelligence and evidence-based recommendations to inform decision-making and prioritisation.
Oversee the identification of emerging market, customer and industry trends, translating insights into strategic opportunities and actions.
Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing strategy team, fostering an inclusive, collaborative and growth-focused culture.
About you:
7+ years experience developing and implementing enterprise strategy within a large, complex and matrixed financial services, insurance or similarly regulated organisation.
A proven track record partnering with Executive-level stakeholders to shape strategic direction and deliver business outcomes.
Strong leadership capability with experience building high-performing teams and leading through influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate complex issues and develop practical solutions.
Experience leveraging market intelligence, customer insights and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and priorities.
