Αναζητούμε Bancassurance Field Coach για να ενταχθεί στην εταιρία μας, με έδρα την Χαλκίδα . Ο κάτοχος της θέσης θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την εμπορική υποστήριξη και ανάπτυξη του Δικτύου Τραπεζικών Καταστημάτων στην καθορισμένη γεωγραφική περιοχή ευθύνης του.
Θα συμβάλλει ενεργά στην ενίσχυση της παραγωγής και της διείσδυσης ασφαλιστικών λύσεων μέσα από τη συστηματική υποστήριξη των καταστημάτων, την ενίσχυση της συνεργασίας με τα τραπεζικά στελέχη, την παροχής εκπαίδευσης, την παρακολούθηση αποτελεσμάτων και την προώθηση της εμπορικής στρατηγικής.
Η γεωγραφική κάλυψη σχετίζεται και με την έδρα του ρόλου.
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες
- Υποστήριξη του καθορισμένου Δικτύου Τραπεζικών Καταστημάτων για την αύξηση της ασφαλιστικής παραγωγής και την επίτευξη των εμπορικών στόχων
- Ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση καθημερινής συνεργασίας με τα στελέχη των καταστημάτων, λειτουργώντας ως βασικό σημείο αναφοράς για θέματα ασφαλιστικών λύσεων και πωλήσεων
- Παροχή καθοδήγησης και εμπορικής υποστήριξης σε Relationship Managers και Branch Managers για τον εντοπισμό ευκαιριών και την αξιοποίηση του πελατολογίου
- Οργάνωση και υλοποίηση εκπαιδεύσεων, παρουσιάσεων προϊόντων και κοινών επισκέψεων σε πελάτες, με στόχο την ενίσχυση της γνώσης και τη βελτίωση των ποσοστών μετατροπής (conversion rates)
- Παρακολούθηση βασικών δεικτών απόδοσης (KPIs), ανάλυση της πορείας των καταστημάτων και εισήγηση στοχευμένων ενεργειών βελτίωσης
- Συμβολή στην υλοποίηση νέων πρωτοβουλιών, καμπανιών και εμπορικών ενεργειών για την αύξηση της διείσδυσης ασφαλιστικών προϊόντων
- Στενή συνεργασία με τις εσωτερικές ομάδες για τη διασφάλιση ομαλής υποστήριξης των καταστημάτων και την αποτελεσματική διαχείριση πελατών η/και διαδικαστικών ζητημάτων
- Διασφάλιση πλήρους συμμόρφωσης με πολιτικές, διαδικασίες και κανονιστικές απαιτήσεις στο πλαίσιο της καθημερινής συνεργασίας με το Δίκτυο
Προσόντα και Δεξιότητες
- Πτυχίο στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικά ή συναφές αντικείμενο σπουδών; Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σπουδών θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
- Τουλάχιστον 5 έτη αποδεδειγμένης εμπειρίας σε εκπαίδευση, υποστήριξη πωλήσεων (sales enablement) ή σε ρόλους πωλήσεων (ιδανικά στον Ασφαλιστικό, Τραπεζικό ή ευρύτερο Χρηματοοικονομικό τομέα)
- Εμπειρία υποστήριξης ή ανάπτυξης δικτύων καταστημάτων και παρακολούθησης εμπορικής απόδοσης
- Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, ικανότητα επιρροής και ανάπτυξης σχέσεων συνεργασίας
- Ικανότητα ανάλυσης δεδομένων, σύνταξης αναφορών και αξιοποίησης KPIs για τη λήψη αποφάσεων

Job Purpose
We are looking for a Bancassurance Field Coach to join our company, based in Chalkida . The job holder will be responsible for the commercial support and development of the Bank Branch Network within their assigned geographical area of responsibility.
They will drive growth and increase penetration of insurance solutions within their area of responsibility through branches systematic support, relationship strengthening with bank partners, training delivery, performance monitoring, and fostering of the commercial strategy.
The geographical coverage is also relevant to base location.
What you will do
- Support designated Bank Branch Network to increase insurance sales and achieve commercial targets
- Build and maintain strong day-to-day collaboration with branch teams, acting as the primary point of contact for insurance solutions and sales-related topics
- Provide guidance and commercial support to Relationship Managers and Branch Managers in identifying opportunities, as well as leveraging clients portfolio
- Organize and deliver training sessions, product presentations, and joint client visits to enhance product knowledge and conversion rates
- Monitor key KPIs, analyze branches performance, and propose targeted improvement actions
- Contribute to the rollout of new initiatives, campaigns, and activities to increase insurance product penetration
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless branch support and effective handling of client or process-related topics
- Ensure full compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements regarding Network daily interactions
What you bring
- University Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field; Postgraduate studies will be considered an asset
- 5+ years of proven experience in training, sales enablement or sales roles (preferably in Insurance, Banking or Financial services)
- Experience supporting or developing branch networks, and monitoring commercial performance
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and leverage KPIs to drive decision-making
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- High technical fluency in Greek and English
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area
