Product Expert Mobility (m/f/d) – Structure and deliver international motor insurance solutions for OEMs and mobility clients.

Intro
This role sits at the centre of the Mobility business, responsible for structuring and delivering international motor insurance solutions for OEMs and mobility clients.
It is not a traditional product management role. The focus is on taking partner requirements, shaping workable solutions across multiple countries, and getting them implemented by working across Allianz entities and external partners.
You’ll operate in a complex, evolving environment and are expected to use data, tools and emerging technologies (including AI) to improve how solutions are designed and delivered over time.
What you do
- Take inbound opportunities from sales / partners and design end‑to‑end mobility solutions across multiple countries
- Define how the solution should look like to fulfil the client’s needs, working within Allianz Partners but also across Allianz Group and its other global operating entities.
- Work across underwriting, pricing, legal and local entities to align and land solutions in a matrix environment
- Own the full deal lifecycle from qualification, design and negotiation through to implementation
- Ensure solutions are commercially viable, aligned to risk, and placeable (incl. reinsurance where needed)
- Design bespoke solutions for OEMs, platforms and new mobility models (e.g. EV, autonomous)
- Use data, digital tools and emerging AI capability to support analysis, decision‑making and efficiency
- Act as the central point of coordination, driving progress and resolving blockers across stakeholders
What you bring
- ~3–5 years experience in insurance or consulting (FS / mobility)
- Strong structured problem solving – able to design solutions, not just analyse
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders / functions in a matrix environment
- Exposure to commercial or client‑facing work, with ability to use data to inform decisions
- Demonstrated curiosity in digital tools, data or AI, and interest in using them to improve how work gets done
- Practical, delivery‑focused mindset with ability to drive outcomes end‑to‑end
- Strong influencing skills – able to align stakeholders without relying on escalation
