Support HR services, employee onboarding, and data analytics to enhance employee experience.
Job Summary
Support the People Operations team in delivering efficient HR services and enhancing the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Assist with HR administration, data management, employee engagement initiatives, and process improvement projects while gaining practical exposure to HR operations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations and administrative activities, including employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and other HR processes.
- Contribute to HR projects focused on process improvement, digitalization, and employee experience enhancement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient HR service delivery.
Key Requirements
- Strong interest in Human Resources, People Operations, and employee experience.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for tasks simplification.
