What do we expect you to bring?
Bachelor's degree,
Min. 2-3 years experience in digital marketing in e-commerce companies or related field,
Experience in performance marketing activities is a must,
Ability to analyze and understand data is a must, experience on data-driven marketing strategies will be appreciated,
Basic understanding and sense of funnel management and funnel maiximization,
Knowledge on insurance products is a plus,
Basic knowledge on SEO,
Basic knowledge of Analytics tools,
Advanced command in verbal and written English,
Teamwork oriented, self-motivated, solution oriented and open minded.
Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.
How can you make an impact?
Responsible for digital sales Growth and lead generation via performance marketing activities,
Work with creative and media planning agencies to perform digital marketing acitivities,
Track perfromance through performance monitoring and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Insider, Adjust, etc)
Plan and Follow-up digital marketing communication plan & performance campaigns,
Plan and run always-on and seasonal campaigns to reach targets,
Work closely with development team to optimize and plan campaigns accordingly technical developments,
Provide optimization ideas for all digital advertising sources,
Provide performance marketing reports, maintain tracking mechanisms, deliver executive summaries to follow-up overall digital marketing performance,
Follow new trends, new insurance and digital sales opportunities in the market.
