We are looking for a high-potential student who can support sales and implementation activities while developing towards future roles in commercial coordination, account management, or project coordination.
This is not a traditional administrative support position. We are seeking a proactive, business-oriented individual who is eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute to the successful delivery of client and business initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education
Currently enrolled in the final years of a Bachelor's degree or pursuing a Master's degree.
Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing, International Relations, Foreign Languages, or similar disciplines.
Language Skills
Fluent Romanian (written and spoken).
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Ability to prepare, review, and adapt business documentation in both Romanian and English.
Technical Skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Preferred Excel skills include:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Data analysis and reporting
- Data organization and tracking
- Experience with CRM systems is considered an advantage.
