Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) ecosystem and support ongoing platform optimization
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and coordinate implementation with Allianz Technology India
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve digital customer journeys and conversion flows
- Support, guide, and train internal stakeholders on CMS usage and best practices
- Coordinate digital initiatives, follow up on technical deliveries, and manage stakeholder expectations across teams
Bring to the Team
Hands-on experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in a product, CMS, or digital platform environment
Strong understanding of digital product workflows and ability to work between business and technical teams
Experience coordinating with developers or technical teams on feature implementation and platform improvements
Ability to operate independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and communicate clearly in an international environmentExperience within e-commerce, customer journey optimization, or digital conversion-focused environments is considered a strong plus
