What do we expect you to bring?
Graduated from undergraduate or postgraduate programs of universities, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Administrative Sciences ,
Minimum 3 years of professional experience and knowledge within the insurance sector or related industries,
Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English ,
Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, with a superior command of MS Excel ,
Strong analytical thinking , problem-solving, and evaluation capabilities,
A firm believer in the value of collaboration with excellent communication skills,
High curiosity, with a strong drive for continuous learning and development ,
Technical knowledge in SAS, SQL, or Python is highly preferred,
Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.
How can you make an impact?
Managing the auto insurance product portfolios of corporate fleet clients within an agile work environment ,
Analyzing competitor products and market strategies to propose actionable insights, and executing these actions collectively as a team,
Managing and nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across all responsible processes,
Analyzing required product/system enhancements and executing comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT),
Conducting necessary audits and controls to ensure the accurate and complete implementation of business rules across all workflows,
Executing end-to-end reporting and data analysis activities.
