Join us now as an Intern in Tokyo, Japan within our Compliance team. In this role, you are expected to work 2-3 days/week starting from early Aug 2026.
What you do
- Assist in reviewing contracts
- Translate internal rules and other documents
- Filing of contracts and document storage
- Assist with company secretarial tasks
- Conduct compliance testing under minimal supervision
- Support other office administration works including filing, organizing meetings and training sessions
- Other duties as assigned by team members
What you bring
- Students from Law faculty, Political Science & Economics, Management related discipline
- Excellent English and Japanese reading and writing proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail with good organization skills
- Excellent communication skills & strong motivation
