Key Responsibility Areas
- Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
- Synthesize complex information to identify the key challenges and diagnose the problem
- Identify potential solutions to solve the problems and challenges faced
- Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner to share the findings and project updates
- Project management - various initiatives setup and to be setup for future
- Project tracking - scheduling, agenda preparation, outcome documentation & tracking
Capabilities and Qualifications
- MBA & BBA preferred. Other business degrees such as marketing, economics, finance etc. will be considered
- Excellent Communication, Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel Skills
- Project Management Skills
- Comfortable with ambiguous ever-changing situations
- Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
- Understanding of design and communication principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- AI-Skills e.g. ChatGPT and Microsoft CoPilot an advantage.
