What You’ll Do
🔍 Drive Medical Utilization Excellence
Review and assess patient cases to ensure medical necessity and appropriate length of stay
Apply clinical guidelines to support high-quality, cost-effective care
Partner with medical teams to resolve complex cases
🏥 Collaborate with Hospital Networks
Work closely with hospital providers to improve service quality and utilization practices
Investigate and address inappropriate or inefficient care patterns
Build strong partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
3–5 years’ experience in utilization review, case management, or hospital-based nursing (ICU/CCU/Medical)
Strong analytical thinking and clinical judgment
Confident communicator with stakeholder management skills
Passion for improving healthcare quality and efficiency
Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot365, will be advantage.
