岗位职责
1.渠道关系
- 协助BPH对现有合作银行的省/市行机构中科级人员进行渠道关系维护；
- 开拓新合作渠道；
- 合作伙伴年度合作计划书的拟定及银行竞赛活动的策划、推动和执行，并提供各项服务支持；
- 新产品上线推动，与银行沟通签署协议，并联系相关系统开发需求，为系统开发做好铺垫。
2.业务推动
- 负责开发各项销售工具，并在全省/市范围内推广；
- 内部销售竞赛的策划、推动、追踪和落实；
- 制作和下发各项业务推动材料；
- 寻找典范人员，并制作分享材料，在全省/市推广；
- 各项销售竞赛的进程管理，制作竞赛方案台帐；
- 机构业务的督导，推动业务按分公司进度达成。
3.市场信息搜集
- 每月搜集市场和渠道业务数据和报表并分析下发至各机构；
- 及时提供银行渠道业务动态；
- 每月搜集同业产品、业务推动信息，完成相关报告。
4.投诉处理
- 作为银保渠道投诉代表，协助相关部门处理投诉。
5.职能管理
- 统筹管理销售发展模块的工作；
- 根据公司相关要求，对下属人员进行日常管理（考勤、绩效、培训、员工发展等等）。
6.主管安排的其它工作事项。

资质要求
- 统招本科及以上学历，金融相关专业优先，具备基础的英文读写能力；
- 4年及以上保险相关工作经验，渠道关系熟悉者佳，同业关系较为广泛；
- Office软件操作熟练;
- 具备人工智能相关的技能者优先。
