We’re looking for a hands-on AI Automation Lead to drive AI-driven automation initiatives from concept to production. You’ll design, build, and deploy agentic AI and intelligent automation solutions, while providing technical leadership and ensuring production-ready delivery.

What you’ll do
- Own technical design and architecture for AI automation initiatives
- Build and deploy agentic AI solutions using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar
- Design multi-agent workflows for end-to-end automation (e.g., document processing, decision automation)
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs, databases, and automation platforms
- Define and enforce engineering standards through code reviews and technical mentoring
- Ensure solutions are production-ready with monitoring, CI/CD, and operational safeguards
- Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and guide delivery execution
What you bring
- 7+ years of hands‑on automation development experience, including production deployments
- 3+ years of recent experience working with AI/ML or LLM-based automation
- Practical experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
- Strong understanding of workflow orchestration and system integrations
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services (Azure OpenAI, Functions, Logic Apps, or equivalent)
- Experience with Python, APIs, CI/CD, and automation platforms (Power Automate, UiPath, n8n, etc.)
- Proven ability to act as a technical lead, mentor developers, and deliver solutions to production
