Do you want to work in a high-trust culture where you’ll feel empowered to make decisions that result in impact? Support marketing initiatives and campaigns, including planning, creating, developing, and executing on-ground and virtual events activations. Ensure adherence to brand identity and guidelines for campaign materials, collaterals and Allianz branded merchandise.
You’ll be responsible for:
The job and responsibilities narrated below covers for both Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad and Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad:
- Support the development and roll out of the marketing initiatives, campaign, on-ground and virtual events.
- Assist to review and proofread marketing materials that produce by the agencies to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the communication contents meet the campaign objectives, value proposition & brand identity.
- Assist in the development and editing of collateral, as below-the-linea and digital marketing materials.
- Assist to track the performance of on-going campaigns / events.
- Assist to conduct post-campaign/events reviews to assess the effectiveness of the campaigns/ events to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Assist to perform competitor analysis, identify the latest movement, market demand and current trends to develop effecting marketing plans.
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
Important to your success:
- Currently pursuing A-Levels, a Diploma, or a Bachelor's Degree in any field, with a strong interest in Marketing.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Proficiency in Adobe and any video editing software is advantageous.
- Familiarity with today’s trends, consumer behavior, social media platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage.
