About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Product Management Manager to lead end-to-end product development and implementation across distribution channels. This role plays a critical part in shaping competitive insurance products, ensuring successful launches, and enhancing sales effectiveness through strong cross‑functional collaboration.
You will work closely with business, actuarial, and technology teams to design, develop, and deliver products that align with market trends, customer needs, and company strategy.

1. Product Development & Delivery
Drive end-to-end product development in line with channel strategy and business objectives
Partner with distribution channels to design products that meet customer needs and market trends
Collaborate with Actuarial Pricing to finalize product features and pricing
Coordinate with Product Development Implementation Team (PDIT) to ensure timely delivery
Monitor progress, identify risks, and provide recommendations to leadership
Ensure alignment across stakeholders prior to product launch
2. Product Implementation & Systems (Quote Express)
Lead product implementation through systems such as Quote Express and other quotation tools
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system readiness and accuracy
Work closely with IT and product providers to ensure system delivery within timelines
Identify system or process gaps and recommend improvements
3. Sales Tools & Illustration Development
Develop and enhance sales illustration tools (Excel, Mobile Quote, Quote Express)
Manage resources and coordinate development of tools supporting sales teams
Ensure usability and effectiveness of tools to improve sales performance
4. Stakeholder Communication & Governance
Prepare and manage communication for product launches and updates
Ensure all materials (sales kits, training, communications) are accurate and approved
Facilitate Product Steering Group (PSG) meetings and provide updates to senior management
Align cross‑functional teams on product details, timelines, and execution plans
5. Customer & Market Insight
Analyse market trends and competitor products to ensure competitiveness
Provide recommendations to enhance product positioning and performance
Ensure product communication is clear, compliant, and avoids mis‑selling risks
Must-Have
Must-Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing within insurance, banking, or financial services
Strong project management and cross‑functional coordination skills
Hands‑on experience in product development and implementation
Ability to work with data, product details, and system requirements
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice-to-Have
Nice-to-Have
Experience with insurance product pricing or actuarial concepts
Exposure to digital tools / quotation systems (e.g., Quote Express or similar)
Experience working with multiple distribution channels (agency, bancassurance, etc.)
Any AI‑future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot365, will be advantage.
